I emphasize breathwork, meditative movement, and expressive flow that kids can use on and off the mat. Yoga gives kids a chance to decompress and experience sensory relief. Classes are designed to improve balance, flexibility and strength. With a weekly theme in mind to help foster the mind-body connection, I make yoga a holistic experience that’s a ton of fun, too. Yoga is a great way for kids to boost mood, build focus-endurance, and learn how to take stress-reduction tools off the mat and into daily life.
